The Company operates within Washington state, but this Privacy Policy extends to any jurisdiction where the Websites are accessed.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Websites. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information may be collected on the Websites, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Websites and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service and Cookie Policy (see below), set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of the Websites. Depending on your activities when visiting the Websites, you may be required to agree to additional terms.

Like most website operators, we collect non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date, time, and duration of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the Websites.

We also collect potentially personally identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on blog posts. That and other identifying information such as email addresses, names, and/or passwords may be collected through account registration or signup for our email newsletter and only at the discretion of the person providing the information.

We may share information about you with members within the Company or other businesses, sellers, or vendors for ordinary business reasons only, such as to provide you with customer service or our monthly newsletter, or to fulfill orders for product, and never more than necessary. We also share information about you when applicable to a law or required by court order.

From time to time, we may release anonymized information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Websites.

The security of your information is important to us and the procedures we have in place are designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and the use of the Websites is at your own risk.

We ask that you not share any of your information with others while using the Websites. Most importantly, any user-generated passwords are prohibited to be shared with anyone.

Ads appearing on the Websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. We have no control over third-party cookie policies.

The Websites may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services. Accessing a link to an external website is done so at your own risk.

The website is designed as general use. However, we don’t make attempts to direct our services toward visitors under the age of 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information about them. The Websites may use an age verification check for account registration to prevent that collection of information. If it’s discovered we have any information about a person under the age of 13, we will make all attempts to delete it.

If it’s suspected that a person under the age of 13 has shared their information on the Websites, please Contact Us.
